iT'S BEEN QUITE A WHILE !

... in both cases!

Since retiring to Carolina Shores, NC, I haven't had much opportunity to fish for trout, other than an annual trip to the western mountains to visit in-laws,

BUT.... I get to do a lot of salt water flats fishing here. Still learning, but loving every minute of it... not to mention all the new fly tying patterns.

Post up some pix of the flats fishing! Reds? Sea trout? Whatcha chasing on them thar flats? Good to hear from you as always.

Holy mackerel, great to hear from you Bill. I got married Oct 8, so I have become domesticated. However, I still find time to squeeze in a little fishing and am heading up to the Salmon R next weekend.
