Up in the ADK's some landowners stretched wire with a sign saying no trespassing across waters passing thru their property to keep canoer's/kayaker's out. Lots of legal battles fought and still going on.

I took 15 years to fish it. But it finally happened today. started off bad this am. My net unleashes & floats down river. Then my lures get snagged twice.
