Re: Stocking
Can't wait. More people on the water and all of the nice sized holders end up on a stringer. I'm going to go get me a fall stocker holdover this weekend. 6 months in the river on natural food should make them better table fare. I guess I'll have to start fishing the Manville section of the Ra...

Re: Stocking
No need to be the trout truck chaser  . I know how to fish for them ;) . Besides they dump them in the same spots for years :o . If you know the trouts habitats are. Youll be good. Besides Im a 100% C&R person anyway. The only way that I would take a stockie if they somehow die :( . Then I woul...

Re: Raritan river 3/9/19:
Rahway river gets close to 12,000 trout while the Raritan gets 3,000- both considered warm water correct ? Then go fish the Rahway River    Nah, he'd rather post about me and trying to make me out as the single voice for TU on NJ Fishing or whatever that site name is when it comes to...

Re: Next on your purchase list
Money bags!! I have Stella 4000 that is over decade old I use for bass fishing. And by "use" I mean it sits safely in its box as I dont want to ding it up like all my other reels! not even. No difference in the fly guys purchasing a Orvis Mirage. Fishing with smooth equipment further enhances...

Re: I Need Some New Waders
I have used the Redington Sonic Pro for 4 years. No complaints, had gotten them back then from Shannon's. Great zip-up waders, and a good value. Highly Recommended. They come in a good selection of sizes. Pocket's are good as well. Shannon's is where I bought my Redingtons from. He has a big select...

Re: I Need Some New Waders
Just found my picture for the Redingtons sonic pro hdz. These are a great value for the $$$$$ for zip up feature. After having that feature. I cant go back to non zips anymore . So convenient Simms G4 Zips are like $750.00. These are half the price.

Re: I Need Some New Waders
I am very happy with my pair of Redington sonic pros that I got them from back country during a 40% off sale. I try to support local as much as I can, but that was money I could not leave on the table. I'm not familiar with those, I'll have to check them out. Thanks I have a pair of https://www.red...

Re: I Need Some New Waders
Cant beat a pair of Simms G4 zip ups. Ive had these for a few years. Not 1 leak. No sweating in the summer. I layer these up with some 5.0 UnderArmour in the Winter When I go for Steel heads up in Pulaki NY. Toasty warmer then Neoprene.
