Re: GST Fishing Camaraderie Day 5/22/22 @ the lower KLG
It ended up just being BT and I, but the weather was nice and the water was cool! Water temps were 64F and it didnt start feeling hot out until 11/12 when the sun finally made its way onto the water. BT and I started off fishing our 'boo. He went with a dry and like the terrible person I am I used a...

Hopefully we can get a confirmation that the lot is open. As we know, it’s busy on the slowest of days.
I’m hopeful the cool nights will keep the temps fishable, but as Joe said, crazy we have to talk about this in May!! Unfortunately the temperature function for the gauge is off now.

What's the context? So far I can tell they are little sloppy. Enjoy fishing cheap fly combos and may be a hunter with a baby, or they shit themselves often. They shop at Ramsey and celebrate 4/20. They also like to fish poppers on the fly for bass.

I added to my calendar. I'll try my best to be there, would be nice to meet you all in person. One concern, doesn't that lot only hold a dozen or so vehicles? Is there alternative parking? I only hit the Gorge during the winter months. Rumor has it if you don't camp out over night in May, good luck...

I have still never caught a shad! The eagles at Duke Farms have a shad in the nest this morning so they are in the Raritan, too bad you cant fish for them though.

Eagles Don't Need No Stinkin' License!
While trout have been stocked and waters are closed, the Bald Eagles over at Duke Farms dont care! For those that dont know, there has been an active eagle nest at Duke Farms for a while and they have a live feed webcam that you can watch! Its cool to check in on them during the spring as they raise...

Were people in the water or collecting in the pool below the dam? I have a comment, but I will bit my tongue. People hung ou...

I drove by Lake Solitude on Sunday the 19th, packed. Thankfully High Bridge PD were there to direct traffic and hopefully keep people semi-behaved.
