Garden State Trout

Hit the SBR yesterday after work fished from 5 to about 630. Fished three total spots two out of three yield 2 trout each but my one go to spot add 11 trout and possibly a wild SBR rainbow. All in all a good afternoon trip mainly the same size rainbows with a few maybe reaching 12 or 13 inches. Fish...

You want a day that doesnt have bright sun to fish or just focus on the fast water. I fished it once and it was tough fishing on a bright sunny day

No didn't make it that far, I started fishing at 4pm and the hike up was extra slow with downed trees everywhere.

Brian told me it was fish stocked by Shannons. Its the kamploom rainbow. My buddy noahs big one from opening day was the same type. I got this fish where we fished opening day.

Last weekend in PA there were tons and tons of caddis on the water but no fish rising

i have done great on flash back pheasant tails and flash back hears ears

cool looking rainbow

Hopefully you will finally get a good trip with the bugs you want and not crazy high water like last year

Got out yesterday for a few hours of fly fishing. Ended with 15 rainbows all stockies. Some on the better than average side closer to 13 to 14 inches.
