Re: Raritan river videos:

I thought the guy was either high or drunk when he said he was catching 20 pound striped bass during high water events in Bound Brook. It wasn't until I few year...

Raritan river 3/15-16/20

The bug hatch was insane at Duke Island Park on the Raritan river. Heard they were stocking already, maybe that's what these are, fun nonetheless.

Re: Public Meeting on Trout Stocking Program February 29

To answer Johnw questions on returning Brook Trout. Here a few photos of Brook Trout caught from the Raritan river (save the mishandling comments please) when the State was stocking Brook Trout upriver. These trout were caught near the fish ladder in Bound Brook, not far from the tideline in New Bru...

Re: South Holston/Tuckasegee Rivers

Perspective, I floated the ENTIRE South Holston in one day, 7 hours. I made 12 trips to the UDR area before I did the same float twice, all 8 hr trips. Best time of year Nov and Dec when the large trout come up to spawn. Public access is nil. When they stop generating power you can walk across the r...

Re: South Holston/Tuckasegee Rivers
