My understanding is NJ and surrounding states does not rely on snowpack for ground water like the western states. High of only 52 that day in trout country, but that's still warm for winter. Expect earlier hatches this spring based on our mild winter. Temps, not snow. Snow has little impact on hatches for the most part. Temps are what it's all about.
