Honestly wish the would make the river a TCA from KLG all the Wild trout section of river in long valley.
Lots of wild trout in this section and so many more would come if the lowered the stocking and the pressure dropped

That's exactly what it is. The old timer farmers used to look to that bloom for when to apply crabgrass pesticides to the grass, as they both bloom around the same time.
