Pt. Mountain parking obstruction (old homestead below Penwell).

Good day. My favorite pull-off is the one on the Musky - below Penwell bridge - that leads down to an old homestead.

There are frequently trees and debris across the driveway and that was the case this morning. Does anyone know who to call? My chainsaw is busted at the moment.

ON a brighter note, I went to the lower end instead and was pleased with the fishing. The water was a bit up and a bit off, but there were several rises and splashes. I got fish on a cone head black bugger - #10.

On a donwer, the lower end is ***** trashed! Beer cans, airplane bottles, car fluid bottles, water bottles....***** pigs.

Roy - I reached out to the Division's northern Lands Management team about the fallen tree as that is state land.

I got a confirmation back that it is on their to-do list but could take some time to get to given current priorities.

Someone got it. I got in this afternoon. Not much happening bug wise. If I'm to be super critical, the cut job still requires some maneuvering to get by.

Good and let's hope the state clears the rest when they find time to swing by. That is the better parking IMO for the TCA. And if it's crowded down below, there are some slots that hold both rainbows and native brookies upstream to the bridge.
