Found a tick crawling INSIDE MY CAR after you posted this!! Time to burn it I guess...

The DEP has actually gone door to door where this outbreak has occurred to warn folks and to see who has Lyme's disease in that area that might have come from this foreign tick they just found late last year before winter.
