Lake Rd Chatham

Doing an Estate Sale here this weekend.......larger pond / small lake behind house.....anyone have any info ??.........I am assuming its warm water.......its probably just a bit bigger than a football field.......

The giant aerator I can see in the Google Earth image tells me it is warm water and full of algae by summer. Should have bass and sunnies.
