NJ landlocked salmon

Anyone ever target these in NJ? These guys needed a net by the way.

we hooked a few looking for lakers, they basically roam top of the water column and seek small lures like spoons. This is at least my experience with them, better advice can be given from someone more experienced

I didn't think NJ had lakers and Atlantics in the same waterbodies(?).

I assume the neversink is the closest river landlocks around?
