I am not a boat guy and I dont like having a bunch of rods set out with flutter spoons that you just pick up when a shad hits-If you are ever able to wade out for shad or get out on a rocky point an cast out for shad, then it can be a lot of fun. Its not super finesse fishing like dry fly fishing for trout, but it does take a certain level of angling skill to get your rig down to the right depth.

Im sure there are random guys fishing over them without realizing that they are there....and theres pribably a few that are specifically targeting them, but keep in mind , they are big and fat and the water is cold ....they dont really need to put on the feedbag for at least another few weeks....troutfishing4life wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 1:24 pmHas any one been out trout fishing for these fish? Been wanting to get out but haven't
You have to give them a reason to eat...bop 'em in the nose with a sex dungeon and they just might take..Fishybig wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 7:37 pmIm sure there are random guys fishing over them without realizing that they are there....and theres pribably a few that are specifically targeting them, but keep in mind , they are big and fat and the water is cold ....they dont really need to put on the feedbag for at least another few weeks....troutfishing4life wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 1:24 pmHas any one been out trout fishing for these fish?
