Nothing fancy and I'm not a big 'boo snob by any means.

You are a dry fly snob so it would be fitting if you were. 😄
Hardly. I've seen Brian tie--actually, "smudge-smash" would be the better verb--a glob of neon powerbait onto that bamboo...
I thought you weren't going to say anything?!?

These responses are making me think back to the 'Boofests from years ago. Drossi, Rollcast, and whoever else out there with a bamboo rod--let me know if you want to hit a stream together.
Sure I'd be game for something like this.

Went there last night cause mostly everything close to me is too high for my liking for fly fishing. Well it had great flows but alas I took the skunk, not even one of the abundant fall fish wanted to come out. I'm going to reach back out to F&W to see if they will get to electro fishing it this year, last year's scheduled event got cancelled due to bridge work in the sampling area.

Let's do it. I'm in Glen Gardner, so most trout streams are near me.

I might actually be in KLG this Tuesday, won't know for sure until Monday though. I'm there for other business but I'll also fish and if I'm fishing it'll be with bamboo.
