It's no longer fly only, all no kill stretches are artificial only, and yes if following the regulations.

As stated, the old fly zone is now a No-Kill stretch. There are no long fly only zones anywhere in NJ. We were seeing bait fishing with fly rods in the Blewett Tract (former fly zone other than for 9 or so days after opening day before the change to No Kill).

I can think of only one long run/pool where center pins would have an advantage on the whole Flatbrook. It's simple most places to get long drifts with rods as small as 7 1/2 foot 3 weights.
