Woke up this am & decided to try my luck @ some wild brookies. It was a complete success. I was able to nab 8 of them with a few stock rainbows in the mix. Perfect day. Overcast skies & cool weather up on the NW jersey area. Couldnt ask for better conditions.

Looks like a great day to be on the water. BFB?
My Swiss chard loves this mild showery weather.

When it comes to native brookes, wood is good! Nice catch and report. Seems since the no-kill was established on the Flatbrook that more brook trout have been caught up there the last couple of years.

I caught a couple last week on the lower section, assuming by upper you were above the cement bridge, up near the stone bridge.
Hopefully they are making a comeback throughout the habitable sections of the entire FB system.
