A monster on the ramapo river 2-5-23

The trout gods decided to bless me today😉. A lucky day on the river after a ruff start on the Rockaway. Got skunked on that river. Tried a new stretch. Looked pretty to👍. But didn't produce for me. Decided to go back to my home waters (Ramapo). Then BAM. She hit the lure like a fright train. Took me a good 10 minutes to get her in. Sorry no net shot as I left it @ home 😥. But no worries. I left her in the water. Never even touched her with my hands. Unhooked her with my fishing pliers. She swam off strong and probably gave me the middle fin 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thank you... yeah they stocked a few of these breeders in the fall. I was quite surprised after I finally got her in to see her size
