water levels
water levels
Here we are again in Spring, low water levels and no rain until maybe Sunday...April shower bring may flowers hasn't happened in a while
Re: water levels
Saturday rain is a lock, I planned outdoor activities with the wife.
I may also have to wash the cars to ensure the monsoon arrives.
On a serious note, streams are at mid-May levels, we badly need some good storms to come through. A nice stalled low pressure event would be most welcome. Otherwise this is going to be a quick season, especially if ambient temperatures continue to be above average.

Re: water levels
Looks like the rain is going to be spotty, A torrential downpour in areas and not much in others...hopefully western and Northern NJ get the downpours.
Re: water levels
Hit the SBR yesterday, shocked how low the water levels were. The normal spots (Troutman you know where I went ) and was SHOCKED how low it was!!!

Looks like the low water comments are invalid after this weekend! The rain gods have responded!

Re: water levels
Yup, and not too crazy up here in trout land so far. But round two more or less just started here in Flanders with a light, but steady rain. I just got my B week turkey permit, so I'm going to sit in the wet woods and talk turkey in the a.m.
Good to see the site back up. I'm sure there will be a ton of mod work to do....

Re: water levels
Alot. were talking up to 6 inches in certain parts of the state. Most local rivers are blown out rite now.

Re: water levels
You got that right, even the feeder streams are hammering flow. This weeks stockies will be moved all over the place boding well for fishing later in the spring. The bridge pool brigade will not be happy, no easy fishing for the near future.lol
