I'm sure that's fantastic. One of these years I have to try that circus up in NY. I love smoked salmon.

That would be the only way to eat that salmon up in Pulaski ;) . Any other way it would taste terrible :cry:

while camping with my group at Salmon River i tried Steelhead jerky before, lovely taste. I should try the salmon one year, likely the more silver ones

What is that green stuff behind/wrapped around the salmon? Alaska natives smoke the salmon in a similar way I think.
