Another year, another BooFest. My second time around this year means I wasnt a rookie and didnt have to get duct taped to chair! More good people, awesome rods and even better food. There was plenty of boo, fish, pig and beer to go around. I got to meet the famous Dennis Menscer and cast some of his beauties. If you know bamboo, you know his name! Enjoy some pics....

Looks like a great time-I am hungry and thirsty just looking at the beer and the pig on a spit. Its amazing that brook trout live in that pond-is it deep and spring fed?

Yea, Ronbo built the pond since there was a spring on his property and its 10-12' deep. Stays nice and cold all yea!

I have to try and make it to one of these this year. I just had a couple rods delivered that were ordered over 4 years ago. Dennis Menscer actually has some rods i am interested in as he builds some true medium action rods.
