Cant believe the river levels up there the last few weeks!!!
Saw the beaverkill up near 7k ...wow...also saw lordville near 15k, blew my mind...I like to fish lordville between 2-4k cfs...
All good though, couldn't have happened at a better time of yr...the freestone fish are loving it!!

That's a pretty massive bow! Since its a tail water fishery, does the water stay in the 40-50 degree range all winter, making it fishable even on cold days?

This was on the beaverkill...freestone...but still the same mccloud rainbows as on the Delaware system, as the beaverkill feeds the east branch of the delaware

Yesterday, 12-2 pm fished some fast heavy pocket water w bh hares ear...went 4 for six with some chunky rainbows and one brown....took a quick ride down river to the barrel and to my surprise olives were comming off in decent numbers with fish working....had action for about an hour , missed a couple and landed an aerial bow about 16" and fat as can be...fun few hours on a brisk autumn day!!
