I say some kinds drake?? but what do I know? I also think the spinner in the other thread is a march brown....could be rite on both?

Black stonefly. Not a mayfly. That's what we call a back-splitter.

Definitely a black stonefly. You might have been thrown off some since anglers traditionally associate them with the late winter/early spring months.
