Crappies

My sons and I were fishing a Morris county bass pond on Wednesday when all of a sudden we started hooking up into some crappies. I'd never caught one before. Man, they are a great fight on a 4 wt! They all took line from the reel and were very splashy--great fun!

Once you hook into one there are usually more! Big slabs, 12"+ will crush bass lures too!
