Streams Blown Out from Rain?

Anyone live near a trout stream? Wondering if this rain has them blown out.

I live in Hunterdon county next to a trout stream....It was chocolate milk running super high when I went to work at 11:30..

Yep, Herzog Brook is out of its banks. But I'm not complaining.
