This is the kind of map NJ needs. Done by a member of the PA Fly fishing site.

I I only knew one guy who was skilled enough with arcgis to do this, he actually put together some local Atlantic county maps ( I had a printout, this was in the early 00’s timeframe, ) but haven’t talked with him in years and I don’t think he has the interest in doing a project like this. Would be great no doubt

We live in an instant gratification society these days. Nobody wants to put in the work to find good fishing (or hunting or anything else). Nowadays, people want to click a site and have all that information in their hands. There are commercially available sites (apps) like the one you have listed for PA, but I refuse to use them because I have a lifetime of finding my own rivers and streams on my own without the use of the internet. I have yet to see a river that benefited from steering tons of new anglers to it.....my two cents.

i knew a fella on a Pine Barrens forum site that was the master of masters for maps. He put out a web site with every imaginable source for NJ and the Pine Barrens in particular. Still going strong. His site https://boydsmaps.com/

I have no problem sharing info with folks from out of state. When I built my place in the ADK's it was the locals that helped me find locations, biggest helper was a neighbor, Fran Betters. Learned a lot from him. The only crowd's I ever experienced were here in NJ and the majority were us.
